Guided Meditation
During a guided meditation you will be taken outside of your current state of being into a feeling of total relaxation while being guided gently with music and imagery.
We will use music along with colored pencils or water color paints tobegin a journey within which will expel your emotions onto the paper. Thispractice is an insightfully creative method to bring one inner peace.
We will address any health and wellness concerns and make appropriate adjustments to your lifestyle. Scheduled in 3 - 6 month packages, meeting everyother week.
