Mandala is the sanskrit word for "circle" in my mandala healing sessions we begin with a circle which becomes a window into self exploration. We will use music along with colored pencils or water color paints to begin a journey within which will expel your emotions onto the paper. This practice is an insightfully creative method to bring one inner peace.
